WHAT TO EXPECT
Land Rover Experience Centers will resume operations and safely offer a range of physically distanced drive experiences from August 1, 2020.
We want to assure you that every precaution is being taken to protect the health and safety of our guests and local staff. In prioritizing health, safety, while still creating a day to remember, Land Rover Experience has implemented the following actions:
- All guests will be required to undergo a temperature check and wear a face mask upon arrival and when outside their vehicle. Additional PPE equipment (gloves and hand sanitizer) will be provided complementary - or feel free to bring your own.
- All vehicles will be sanitized before every experience.
- Guests and staff will be physically distanced in separate vehicles. Instructors will coach guests and marshall the course via two way radios.
- Food and beverages will be boxed or pre-packaged and served in an open area while respecting social distancing.
We know that it has been a while and you are looking forward to your off-road experience. Please know that safety is our top priority while creating a memorable and exciting day. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your local Center.

BOOKING
All reservations and payments will be completely contactless and taken online or by phone. You will receive all confirmations, changes or cancellations via email or phone as well as receive and complete the driver waiver via text or email.
WHAT TO EXPECT
All elements of the experience will be outdoors. You and your instructor will be in two separate vehicles, using a two-way radio for all communications. We are requiring mandatory temperature checks and face masks as well as providing thorough sanitation measures per retailer standards.
ARRIVING AT THE EXPERIENCE
Instructors will provide you with a kit including a mask, hand sanitizer and gloves. Experience overview and safety rules will be reviewed outdoors while social-distancing. Your instructor will go through parked vehicle familiarization via radio and you will follow the instructor’s vehicle to the trail.
DURING THE EXPERIENCE
You will be in a separate vehicle without an instructor with you. On more challenging terrain, instructors will marshal from the course. During your ride, instructors will coach you using a two-way radio from a lead/follow vehicle. All photo stops along the way will be maintained with social distancing​.
WHAT TO BRING
As a minimum you will need to bring a valid drivers license, comfortable outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear.

INSURANCE
For our Adventure Days you are fully insured to drive our vehicles with an instructor present. If you intend to bring your own car to one of our Owner's Days please call us for more information.
